If you are considering becoming a Real Estate investor, you would like to take control of their financial future in one or more of the following two ways:
1) You want to buy a home of your own so that you can build equity for yourself and your family. This is used by most people to begin to get their share of the American dream. In fact, a recent study by the Department of Commerce shows over 90% of Americans has most of their wealth thanks to the equity in the home they have purchased and paid for.

2) You want to begin earning FAST CASH. This is possible for the ordinary American to accomplish in real estate starting with very little of his or her own cash to a much larger extent than any other type of investment with which we are familiar.

Instant profits can be made in real estate by buying at distressed prices from motivated sellers whose most important priority is to dispose of the real estate they have, not to haggle over price. These properties may then be resold for an instant profit.

Alternatively, many of you will find success in earning quick dollars by buying a property that is "physically" distressed. Perhaps it had been allowed to run down and is in desperate need of painting, cleaning, and carpeting. Hundreds of thousands of Americans investors and entrepreneurs have discovered they could buy these types of properties at significant discounts, fix up the property, and sell it for substantial profits.
