This process will help someone who want to sell his/her own property,but I think consulting a real state company will help a lot to sell your unit faster,they will help you by promoting your unit to some client they have that's why most of the seller consult first a real state firm..

find a decent estate agent, they can help you through this process and keep things in simple english

Property selling can be a smooth process with the help of a real estate agent or a property buying company. I took help of a real estate agent to sell my house.
