Real Estate today is not really good because of the economic problem of United States and in addition typhoons,landslide,flood,wild fire also affect this,but you know the best way to recover is to invest more to the market.

It's still pretty bad. Well for me in anyways. My apartment is now worth only 1/4 the amount I paid for it 3 years ago, and I'm still paying mortgage based on the original amount. Really unfair. The only way for me to get the lower amount is to defer on payment, but that will ruin my credit.

according to the survey that was conducted for 2011, the residential property values rise higher. In prior o this, 2011 tax for residential property also rise higher.
