How hard real estate business is? Actually, I want to purchase a house, fix it up, then sell it and so to make a profit. But there is a issue about it, I dont know where to start or how much captial it will take to start the process. Is there anyone in this forum that might shine some light on this topic?

If you have a good credit report, why not apply for a mortgage. you can apply for a mortgage in order to have the budget for the expenses you will have to fixing and stuffs. but, before doing so, you have to make sure that you will be choosing the right property to buy and sell.

Usually you take classes and then you take the real estate licensing test. Once you get the license you can find a broker whom you can work for.

Define real estate business?

you could be a land lord, buy properties rent them, fix them up and then sell them. You can make a handsome living off the rental income alone.

You could be a real estate agent, and sell properties for other people?

suggestion is go get a real estate license. you can get that through a community college.

I agree with you.. Being in a real estate business is really hard.. But if you have knowledge and confidence and your heart is in to it... It will be very easy... Good luck..

You need a very strong convincing power in  this kind of business, well credibility is a plus

Yes, it's really hard to get into the real estate business. You should know where, when and how to buy or sell, so you will need to work hard to find the answers to these questions. Good luck in getting into real estate business and finding you way of success.
